Hear it from the nannies…

"I've known Kady and her agency, The Nanny Edit, for a couple years now and they're such a great agency. I already had a long term nanny family when I first met Kady and attended her agency's INNTD event back in 2023. While I wasn't looking for a position at that time, I was able to see how professional, experienced and knowledgeable Kady was from the very start. I knew that when I was on the hunt for a new position, I'd be looking to work with her agency. Flash forward a couple years and I was just placed with The Nanny Edit last month. Kady was there to support me every step of the way. She was quick with her responses and helped prepare me for what was to come. I'm so happy with my placement. The nanny family Kady matched me with couldn't have been a better fit! We align so well. I can't wait to watch our connection flourish over the next few years. I would highly recommend working with The Nanny Edit and would be happy to return when I'm back in the market for a new job."

"I found a wonderful family with the help of The Nanny Edit and am very grateful for their help. I felt well taken care of by their owner Kady and really liked the opportunity to answer their thorough question catalog as I believe it gives the searching families the right insight when looking for a great fit for their needs.
Moreover, I love how much Kady is doing for the nanny community and how she educates parents and nannies alike about the right guidelines in this work field. Usually the Nanny has to do a lot of explaining, negotiating and educating on how things are legal and correct and I had to go through many mistakes to finally learn for myself- let alone stand up for it.
If you work with Kady directly, you can avoid all my mistakes. She has everyone's back and is an expert in the field.
As a nanny, please do yourself a favor and ask her for help. As a parent, you will be paired up well and can avoid many mistakes and trial and error with the wrong candidates."

Nope! There is never a fee for nannies to apply or work with us. We believe caregivers should never pay to be placed — your talent and experience are your currency.
