Our Minimum Requirements
To be considered for representation, all candidates must:
Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Be a High School graduate or higher
Be passionate about working with children (we
can tell 💕)
Have a valid driver’s license + clean driving
record
Willing to submit a background check
Provide three glowing childcare references
Complete our online application
Be open to continuing education and growth in
the childcare field
Be fluent in English
Minimum 21 years of age
Have 3+ years of full-time childcare experience
post age 18
Be a non-smoker
Be CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to certify
within 30 days of being hired)
Be TrustLine registered (CA Nannies)
Submit an updated resume + tailored childcare
cover letter
Be ready to commit to at least one year of
employment

How do you vet your nannies?
Every candidate goes through a multi-step screening process including:
— In-depth interviews
— At least 2-3 verified professional references
— National and county-level background checks
— CPR/First Aid verification

We only represent nannies who meet our high standards for professionalism, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
Do you help with contracts and payroll?
Yes! We assist with offer letters and provide a sample contract template through the Dept of Labor. We also partner with trusted nanny payroll and legal service providers to ensure your employment relationship is legally compliant and stress-free.
What if it doesn’t work out?
We’re here to support long-term success. In the rare event that a match doesn’t work out within the guarantee period, we’ll work with you to find a replacement that better suits your family’s needs — quickly and with care.
Nannies
Is there a fee to apply?
Nope! There is never a fee for nannies to apply or work with us. We believe caregivers should never pay to be placed — your talent and experience are your currency.
Do I need formal education?
While formal early childhood education is a plus, it's not required. What matters most to us is hands-on experience, excellent references, and a deep understanding of child development and emotional care.
Can I be considered if I live outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only place candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. If you're an international nanny already living and working in the U.S. with proper documentation, you are absolutely welcome to apply.

We are a fully remote, nationwide agency. Our team is based across the U.S., and we place nannies in all major cities and surrounding areas — including New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Atlanta, Miami, Denver, and more.
