— Keep diaper bags, school bags, and craft drawers fully stocked and ready

— Light errands related to the children (i.e., picking up diapers, birthday gifts, etc.)

Family Support & Communication

— Provide daily updates or nanny journals to keep parents in the loop

— Maintain open, respectful communication about routines, behavior, and milestones

— Work in harmony with parents’ goals, values, and parenting style

— Collaborate with other household staff or co-nannies (if applicable)

— Offer loving, consistent care that helps children and parents thrive
