Our Commitment to Ethical Employment
At The Nanny Edit, we’re not just here to find you a nanny, we’re here to help create thriving, respectful partnerships. This starts with treating your nanny like the professional they are.
Here’s what we require from our families:
Nannies should be paid 52 weeks per year, even when you don’t need them. If your nanny is available and ready to work, they should still receive their regular pay.
You must be willing to pay legally through a payroll service — no under-the-table arrangements here.
You agree to provide industry-standard benefits, including:
— Guaranteed weekly hours
— Paid vacation
— Paid holidays
— Paid sick days
— Mileage reimbursement for on-the-job driving
When families lead with respect and professionalism, the care your children receive reaches a whole new level.

Nannies
Is there a fee to apply?
Nope! There is never a fee for nannies to apply or work with us. We believe caregivers should never pay to be placed — your talent and experience are your currency.
Do I need formal education?
While formal early childhood education is a plus, it's not required. What matters most to us is hands-on experience, excellent references, and a deep understanding of child development and emotional care.
Can I be considered if I live outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only place candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. If you're an international nanny already living and working in the U.S. with proper documentation, you are absolutely welcome to apply.
