You must be willing to pay legally through a payroll service — no under-the-table arrangements here.
You agree to provide industry-standard benefits, including:
— Guaranteed weekly hours
— Paid vacation
— Paid holidays
— Paid sick days
— Mileage reimbursement for on-the-job driving
When families lead with respect and professionalism, the care your children receive reaches a whole new level.

Nope! There is never a fee for nannies to apply or work with us. We believe caregivers should never pay to be placed — your talent and experience are your currency.

While formal early childhood education is a plus, it's not required. What matters most to us is hands-on experience, excellent references, and a deep understanding of child development and emotional care.
